Identify the main challenges for provisioning the physical architecture layer with cloud technologies. Additionally, recommend methods to mitigate those challenges.

Imagine you are the project manager of a large project for an organization using the Agile scaling model. Determine your decision-making approach for this project and explain why.

Determine the approach you would use to handle the documentation needs for the project identified in Part 1 of this discussion. Support your answer with a rationale for your decision.

Evaluate the differences and similarities between a waterfall approach to portfolio management and an Agile approach to portfolio management. Include examples to support your response.

From the e-Activity, describe at least four (4) software security features within the system you selected. Note: Two (2) of the security features you selected should be to protect the user and the other two (2) should be to protect the business from potential threats.

Use the system you selected in Part 1 of this discussion to recommend a security feature that could be added by updating the systems’s already implemented software. Provide a rationale for your recommendation and describe how this addition could be implements.

5. Software and System Updates” Please respond to the following:

Select a software system and / or a device that you are familiar with that either allows or requires the system’s software to be updated. This system could be specific software that sets on top of an operating system, the operating system itself, a mobile device, or video game consoles. Discuss how the update was applied to the system and describe the changes that the system / software update provided. In addition, give your opinion on whether or not you believe the system updates are used as a marketing tool.      

Use the system you selected in Part 1 of this discussion, speculate the constraints that they may have experienced during the system update process. Provide an alternative solution to deliver updates in a way that overcomes the constraints.

6. Some have claimed that social media is the wave of the future and in reality, it is. Consumers are spending more of their time on their phones on their social accounts, instead of glued to a television set. So, marketers have to meet the customers on the channels that the customers are most likely going to be on, so social media is the latest item on the menu.

Consider: Burger King, KFC, Olive Garden, and Chick-Fil-A.

Pick one of the above brands and determine two social media platforms that you think this business should be utilizing. Then discuss why do you think they should be using these two platforms and how the selected platforms aligns with the current target market for that brand?

Using the same brand and social media sites you discussed in the above bullet, would you use your two select sites to inform, educate, engage, or entertain your target market? Why have you chosen this particular marketing strategy for your sites? Why do you think it will be effective in turning your social media followers into customers?
