My action research topic “UX UI Design in e-Commerce” that I’ve provided a docx. file below. This week’s assignment is “Problem Identification”. After you read the .docx file;

  • Write a problem statement about your action research topic,

Your problem statement must thoroughly describe the problem and include:

  • The facts showing that your problem is a problem.
  • An explanation about why it is a problem.
  • A summary of how you are going to fix or contribute to fixing the problem.

The paper must follow the formatting guidelines in The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2010), (6th ed., 7th printing), and contain scholarly references. In addition, the paper will be submitted through the Turnitin originality-checking tool. Review the rubric for grading criteria. It should be 3 pages.

Note: If you’re not into e-Commerce or do not have any idea regarding the field, do not apply for the task in the first place because I will not go over the assignment after you got it. Please let’s not waste our time.
