force field analysis ffa personal change
Write a three- to four-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) describing the concept of a Force Field Analysis (FFA) and then creating an FFA on an issue in your life that you would like to change. Describe how the restraining forces impede your progress and develop an intervention strategy to enhance the driving forces to make change possible.
The personal issue that I would like to change is losing weight. Forces that restrict me are stress, work and lack or managing my time.
You must use at least two scholarly sources (in addition to your text) for this paper and your paper must be formatted according to APA style guidelines as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
