Assume that you have $25 million dollars to invest in agriculture in Europe. Explain where and how you would invest this capital. What country (or countries) would you invest in? What industry would you choose to invest in? How would you structure the investment (new venture, purchase an existing business, joint venture, etc.) You may decide to give some general background on the country, but most of your presentation will be about the proposed investment. Assume that you are presenting to prospective shareholders in your investment company. What factors will influence the expected return on your investment? Present an optimistic scenario, realistic scenario, and pessimistic scenario(important). Be very careful to use believable assumptions in calculating your anticipated return on investment under each scenario. Think through every detail involved in this investment and try to convince your shareholders that the investment is both feasible and logical.
