In this assignment you will be asked to discuss the role of the Ethics Officer and to do some additional research to consider what smaller organizations might do with respect to providing leadership in the area of organizational ethics. Assignment Instructions In this assignment please provide a short overview of your reading and describe the role of the chief ethics (and compliance) officer. Not all companies can afford to have somebody at the executive level overseeing organizational ethics. Please do some additional research and consider who you believe would assume this leadership function for a smaller corporation.
