Instructions

In Week 1, you discussed the system acquisition strategy. In Week 2, you discussed the system architecture. In Week 3, you created a physical data model and drafted the inheritance structure of your objects. This week, you will continue working on the solution you have envisioned so far. The work that will be added this week will increment the information you have produced so far, complementing it in a coherent manner.

This is some feedback:

With these strategies for the Submarines that are used by the navy to provide security. This includes protection from sea attacks. submarines are the only ones the government depends on to protect the sea routes from attacks. Thus, the need to keep them away from the eyes of enemies. A call of action is for the audience to do a critical analysis of the ideas elaborated and develop new strategies to accomplish the objectives. These strategies should include working in teams to come up with the most influential decisions.

I rated myself a novice as well before starting this class because I too would speak fast and not realize it. I would always wonder why my presentations would seem so short compared to other peoples. My confidence has definitely changed since this class and i make a conscious effort to make sure I convey my message clearly.

I suffer with the same issue of speaking so fast or not loud enough. Since taking this class I do speak more clearly and slower because it make the conversation flow quicker so I do not have to start winging it. Hopefully the more you have these personal interaction it tends to come natural so that you can become proficient and be able to present to others, if needed.

Our second half focuses a lot on verbal communication and presentation skills which I hope you will find very useful. Going into your future classes and careers, presentations and verbal communication is a huge part of the job.

Great job on your practice video for the verbal communication for Assignment 3. You posted a response that addressed the criterion. Continue to practice. Your strengths and lesser strengths will continue to sharpen

Project Delievrables 4: Project Quality Plan Schedule

Quality is the focus point of performance in all projects; most companies view quality as a process, and continuously improving processes retain existing customers, win back lost

customers, and win new customers. Quality is a multi-faceted attribute that can be found in products and services and is defined as conformance to requirements.

Quality planning is a process for identifying quality standards and requirements for the overall project and for tracking, monitoring, and managing the expectations of planned quality. The inputs for quality planning include the scope document, the requirements from stakeholders, the risk register, and the project schedule . By using this input information, a project manager in cooperation with the quality team can develop a quality plan for the project.

There are plenty of tools to define and execute the quality planning strategies. One of them is the testing plan that impacts on targeting customer satisfactions. Using the MS Project, and Gantt Chart, determine the work flow of the testing process improvement, i.e, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, go live testing (start to finish), and schedule them accordingly assuming that you have 3 testers on your team to perform the tasks.
