Imagine that you are a senior consultant at Practical Health Care Consulting firm. Your supervisor has instructed you to spend three (3) months at the Caring Angel Hospital to help improve the quality of care, add value to the organization, improve employee morale, design an efficient organizational chart, create a strong team environment, and create the hospital’s competitive advantage. Everyone seems to work alone and hide what they do from their colleagues.

At the end of the three (3) month period, you must provide a report with your recommended strategies designed to help Caring Angel Hospital achieve its goals.

1. From a consulting perspective, propose the major steps that Caring Angel Hospital could take to achieve each of the following goals:

Submit Assignment: Fundraising in Your Community

This assignment will directly help you with the final assignment for the course. As you learned this week, your fundraising directly affects the economy in your community. Take a look at the community you currently live in and a high school in the area, preferably one that you are in a zone for. If you currently work at a high school, you may also choose that school. Please distinguish which you are using for the assignment.

Look at the demographics of the school and community. Determine how these directly or indirectly affect your school and its fundraising abilities. Analyze the economic impact fundraising has, not only on the community as a whole, but on families in your school. Are students participating in multiple sports that each requires a fee or fundraising? Evaluate each of these circumstances and determine if this has a positive or negative affect on fundraising within your school.
